Fitbit Inspire 3 Fitness Tracker

Fitbit Inspire 3 is built around a single idea: a tracker you can genuinely forget you are wearing. At under 18 grams with a slim silicone band, it disappears on the wrist through workouts, showers and a full night's sleep, and its colour AMOLED touchscreen stays readable in daylight behind Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Underneath the small screen is a serious sensor package. An optical heart rate monitor runs continuously, red and infrared sensors track blood oxygen overnight, and a temperature sensor picks up nightly variation in skin temperature. Sleep is logged automatically and broken into light, deep and REM stages with a nightly Sleep Score, while the accelerometer handles all-day steps, distance, active minutes and automatic exercise detection. It is water resistant to 50 metres. Battery life is where the Inspire 3 earns its place: up to ten days between charges, and a full recharge in two hours from any USB port. Both a small and a large band come in the box, so one unit fits almost any wrist — and every core feature, including sleep stages and the full app dashboard, is free with no subscription attached.
