Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker

The Charge 6 is the Fitbit for people who want a real fitness device without moving up to a smartwatch. A bright AMOLED touchscreen behind Gorilla Glass 3 sits on a 30-gram body, and a physical side button returns, which makes it far quicker to navigate mid-workout than the touch-only generation before it. The sensor set is the most complete Fitbit puts in a band. Built-in GPS with GLONASS records pace, distance and route with no phone in your pocket. Multipurpose electrical sensors drive both an ECG app for assessing heart rhythm and an EDA scan for stress response. Red and infrared sensors read blood oxygen overnight, a temperature sensor tracks nightly variation, and the optical heart rate monitor can broadcast live to gym equipment and third-party fitness apps over Bluetooth. It is rated to 50 metres. Google's own services are built in: turn-by-turn Google Maps directions on the wrist and Google Wallet contactless payments. Battery life is up to seven days and it charges from empty in two hours over a standard USB port — no voltage converter needed. Both small and large Infinity bands are included. Worth knowing: the two features customers most often assume are locked behind a subscription, GPS and ECG, are both free.
