The Apple Watch SE 3 brings the essentials of the Apple Watch experience to the most accessible price in the range. This generation gains the always-on Retina display previously reserved for the flagship models, so the time and your current activity stay visible without lifting your wrist. Inside is the same S10 chip found in the Series 11, which means on-device Siri, quick app performance and a 4-core Neural Engine driving the health features. Day to day it covers the ground most buyers actually need. It tracks workouts, steps, heart rate and calories, measures wrist temperature overnight and produces a nightly Sleep Score. Safety features include Fall Detection and Crash Detection with automatic emergency SOS. It is water resistant to 50 metres, so swimming, rain and showers are non-issues, and the aluminium case keeps it light at 26.3 grams. Battery life runs to 18 hours of normal use, or up to 32 hours in Low Power Mode, and the included magnetic charger reaches 80% in around 45 minutes. That charger ends in a USB-C plug rather than a fixed mains block, so it runs from any USB-C adapter or power bank. This is the GPS model — we do not stock the cellular version, because no Ghanaian carrier supports smartwatch eSIM and you would be paying a premium for a radio that could never be switched on.
