Apple's first folding iPhone. A 5.4-inch phone that opens into a 7.6-inch screen.

Closed, it is an ordinary phone you use one-handed. Opened, it is a 7.6-inch tablet with a nano-texture finish to kill glare — genuinely useful under Ghanaian sun. Grade 5 titanium, a hinge built from over a hundred components, and a battery on each side of the fold.

An aperture that actually moves

Six laser-cut blades open and close the Main camera across four stops, from ƒ/1.48 down to ƒ/4. Wide open it pulls in light for night shots; stopped down it holds a whole group in focus. Photographic Styles now carry texture and grain controls, and Pro controls expose shutter speed, white balance and a live histogram.

A20 Pro, built on 2nm

A 6-core CPU with Neural Accelerators built in, a 7-core GPU up to 40% faster than the A19 Pro, and a dual 16-core Neural Engine — 32 cores in total — with 50% more memory bandwidth. A next-generation vapour chamber with three times the surface area keeps it at up to 40% better sustained performance instead of throttling.

Two apps, one screen, on the Duo

iOS 27.1 adds Split View to the Duo's 7.6-inch inner display, so a browser and a chat, or a spreadsheet and a call, run side by side. Duo Preview shows your subject the shot on the outer screen while you take it, and Duo FaceTime uses both displays at once.
