Importing electronics into Ghana usually means paying twice — once for the item, and again for duty you didn't see coming. We do it the other way round. One landed price, agreed before you pay, and the item waiting on a counter in Ghana for you to open before you accept it.
What usually goes wrong
Three things stop people importing the tech they actually want. All three are about money you can't see yet.
The second bill
You pay the price on the screen, then weeks later a customs charge lands that nobody quoted you. On most import sites the duty is the buyer's problem — it is written into their terms, not their checkout.
The clearing runaround
Your parcel reaches Tema and stops. Now you need documents, an agent, and a day off work. If the paperwork never turns up, some sites will tell you the shipment is confiscated and there is no refund.
Paying before you see it
You send the full amount to a stranger and hope. No box to open, no counter to stand at, nobody to hand it back to if the screen is cracked.

We message you on WhatsApp as soon as it's ready — usually the same or next business day. Come to your chosen pickup point, unpack it with us, plug it in. If anything is wrong, don't accept it — you get your money back on the spot.

We can only do this because we're small. Holding stock, pre-paying duty and letting you inspect before you accept is impossible for a site selling millions of items on demand.
There's a counter, and a person behind it
Collection is at Masamas, Adenta Municipal, Accra. Bring your order number. Take your time opening the box — plug it in, power it on, check what's inside. Nothing is final until you say it is, and if anything is wrong you don't take it and we refund you there and then.
