Two ways to buy from us, start to finish. Nothing here is a surprise later — if a step involves money, it says so and it says how much.
Your price is locked
From the day you pay until the day you collect. Exchange rates are our problem, not yours.
Ready within 14 working days
Most orders are ready the same or next business day. If we can't meet that, you get a full refund.
Inspect before you accept
Nothing is final until you've opened the box at the counter and you're happy with it.
No customs bill
Duty and clearing are already in the price. You never deal with the port.
Prefer to be shown rather than told? On any product page and on the checkout you'll find a Show me how button that walks you through the real screen, step by step, pointing at each thing as you go.

Find what you want
Everything listed on the site is already in Ghana, cleared through customs and sitting at our pickup point. If it's on the website, we have it — we don't list items that are still in transit.
The price you see includes shipping, duty and clearing. There is no second bill and nothing for you to collect from the port.

Add to cart and check out
Buy Now takes you straight to checkout. Add to Cart keeps you shopping if you want more than one thing.

Contact Information
Your name, phone, and email. Add your WhatsApp number too — it's how we'll reach you when your order is ready, and it's the fastest way to reach us.

Pickup Location
Choose where you want to collect. Each location shows its address and opening hours.

Payment Method
Pay online by card or mobile money through Paystack, or choose Pay on Pickup and settle at the counter when you collect. The Order Summary on the right shows exactly what you're paying before you confirm.

Place Order
You'll be taken to Paystack to pay, then straight back to a confirmation page with your order number. Keep that number — it's how you track the order and how we find you at the counter.

We message you when it's ready
You'll hear from us on WhatsApp, SMS and email as soon as your order is ready — usually the same or next business day, and always within 14 working days.

Open it before you accept it
Come to the pickup point with your order number. Unpack the item with us, plug it in, power it on, check what's in the box. Take your time — we will never rush you through this. If anything is wrong, don't accept it, and we refund you on the spot.
Still not sure? Just ask.
You don't have to work any of this out on your own. Message us with the question you actually have — including "is this real?" — and a person will answer you. We would much rather talk you through it than have you guess.
