The estimated availability shown above is the time to ship it and clear it into Ghana, and we will message you on WhatsApp the moment it lands. The price you pay today is locked until you collect — it will not change while you wait, whatever happens to exchange rates or freight. Nothing is final until you have seen the item: unpack and test it with us at the counter before you accept it, and if anything is wrong, do not take it. We will refund you in full on the spot.

Cancellation & refund: Cancel any time before your item arrives and we refund your deposit in full — no deduction, no reason needed. Once we tell you it is ready, you have 14 days to collect or to cancel for a full refund. After that we will contact you, and if there is no response within a further 7 days we will cancel the order and hold your deposit as store credit valid for 12 months. If we miss our estimated availability date by more than 14 days, you can cancel for a full refund at any time. Deposits are always returned in full. If you chose to pay the whole amount up front and later cancel, we refund everything less the 1.95% our payment processor keeps on refunded transactions — and we never make that deduction when the delay, the fault or the cancellation is ours.
