Google Nest Audio Smart Speaker — Charcoal

The Nest Audio is the speaker Google built to actually be listened to rather than just talked at. A 75mm woofer and 19mm tweeter give it real low end for its size, and it plays noticeably louder and fuller than the Nest Mini it sits above. Media EQ tunes itself to whatever you are playing — music, a podcast, an audiobook. Google Assistant is built in, so you can ask for music, set timers, check the weather or control other smart devices without touching a phone. It casts directly from YouTube Music and Spotify, and pair two of them for stereo. The cabinet is made from recycled plastic and the whole thing is designed to disappear into a room rather than dominate it. Runs on 100–240V, so it works on Ghana's mains with a Type G plug adapter — no step-down converter needed. We have two units in Ghana now, tested on local Wi-Fi.
